Yep! It’s legal to buy CBD online and ship to a state that legally allows the sale and consumption of hemp-based CBD products. Currently that includes all U.S. states except for Idaho, Iowa, and South Dakota. The CBD industry is a quickly evolving space - check back with us frequently to learn if your state’s laws have changed.
The following states currently prohibit the sale and shipment of vaping related products such as cartridges or pens:

It depends on the type of CBD product you’re buying. For any vaping related products—like a cartridge or pen—customers are required to be 21 years of age or older and a signature of someone 21 or older is required at time of delivery. For all other products, like gummies or tinctures, customers are required to be 18 years of age or older.

Yep! As long as the shipping destination is to a state where we offer shipping, your order will go through.

Once our warehouse receives and processes your return, it will take 48-72 hours for your refund to appear back on your bank statement.
